Chocolate Fair - World Chocolate and Cocoa

The chocolate show returns to Lyon at the Cité Internationale during: 3 days dedicated to gourmands not to mention its traditional parade of chocolate dresses.

The world's largest event dedicated to chocolate, with twenty or so annual editions in France and internationally, returns to the gastronomic capital to celebrate chocolate. The Salon du Chocolat makes you discover many fun and gourmet chocolate events: cooking demonstrations, tastings, cooking workshops, a space dedicated to children, the famous parade of chocolate dresses, and many other surprises! 
On the program: 
The famous parade of chocolate dresses where duets of designers and chocolatiers will present ephemeral achievements. 
The gourmet scene where chefs, pastry chefs and chocolatiers from the region will make original recipes.

The Chocoland space offers a workshop dedicated to children and an exclusive 4-parent-child workshop. 
Exceptional competitions with the France selection for the World Pastry Cup and the International Master of Frozen Desserts.
