What to Expect During Your Visit to the ICCL
Who attends the ICCL?
The ICCL is made up of individuals from around the world. It doesn’t matter where you’re from, or where you are on your spiritual journey. You are welcome to join us on Sunday afternoons.
What language is spoken?
Although we have believers from around the world, we have found English to be the language that crosses the most cultures. It doesn’t matter how fluent you are in the language. English can be your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd language…you are still welcome to join us!
What should I wear?
Dressy, casual, Sunday best? The simple answer is “yes”. When you arrive at ICCL, you’ll see people wearing ties, jeans and everything in between. We aren’t concerned with what you are wearing when you join us…we just want you to join us.
Where do I go?
We know that it can be intimidating to walk into a worship service where you don’t know anyone. That’s why we want you to know that you’ll be greeted by a friendly face and a smile. Feel free to ask us any questions – we want you to feel welcome and comfortable. Following the service, please join us for refreshments, provided by our members.
What about my kids?
We welcome children of all ages! Due to space limitations at our current location, babies are invited to stay with their parents in the service. Preschool-age children and school age children have an excellent Sunday School program during the message. At the end of the service, parents are asked to go pick up their children from the Sunday School room, and join us for a time of refreshments.
What other ministries are there?
Beyond our Sunday Services, we have a variety of other opportunities to get involved. Refuge, our university student ministry meets on Friday evenings. Also, our men meet for a Bible Study on Thursday mornings and our women gather for their study Thursday afternoons.
